Hosting provider and server log files
This website is hosted with an external service provider. Provider: Greenmark IT GmbH, Leinstraße 3, 31061 Alfeld, Germany (platform: my.resellerinterface.de). For the purpose of providing a secure and efficient website, our hosting provider processes the following data in server log files: pages visited, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, IP address and requesting provider. We use the hosting provider on the basis of our legitimate interests in the secure and reliable provision of our online offering (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We have concluded a data processing agreement with the hosting provider in accordance with Article 28 GDPR.
Recipients and data processors
In operating this website, personal data are shared with carefully selected service providers who act exclusively on our instructions: (a) Greenmark IT GmbH (hosting, see above) for delivering the website and storing server log files, (b) Contact Form 7 (open-source plugin running locally on our server) for technical processing of your contact form submissions. No data are transferred to third parties, in particular no external spam filter such as Akismet is used. No data are transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
